Are you ready for the time change on November 3rd?
Do you want to have energy during the day and sleep soundly at night?
Does daylight saving time change always throw you off?
Want to find your ideal circadian rhythm so you can look and feel your best?
Whenever there is a change in time due to time changes, jet lag, and shift work, there can be feelings of being out of balance, with disrupted sleep, low energy, and even an increased risk of health issues like heart attacks and car accidents. Chronic misalignment with circadian rhythm is associated with decreased life expectancy, mental health challenges, and decreased cognitive performance.
But this year, you can empower yourself to navigate the change smoothly!
Furthermore, the Circadian Challenge is not just about the time change. It’s about changing your life to be aligned with the 24-hour rhythm of nature through eating, sleeping, fasting, and being active. When you are in sync, metabolism, appetite, sleep, mood, and hormones are at their best, and you feel vital.
Join our FREE 10-day Circadian Challenge happening November 1st through 10th, and discover how to realign your body’s natural rhythm for better energy, deeper sleep, hormone balance, and optimal health. Embrace the shift confidently and feel your best as we move through the season.
